Bind contract

Once you have decided which property you like you will sign a bind contract in which both parts work themselves up to sell and to buy the property. You will sign this contract at our headquarter.

Deed

Last and most important step is the notary deed. In front of the notary will be guaranteed the identity of both parts, the lawfulness of the deed and the truthfulness of what’s inside it

Ancillary activities

Between the bind contract and the deed, we will assist you in every step of your dream house (preparation of documents, house furnish, and research if the finance)
